I really enjoyed the story of Max and Danny. The only distraction was the mistakes that a proofreader would have caught. Distracting, but the story was very interesting.
Great love story that I just could not put down Max and Danny are great, I love how they were able to work through each problem with love and understanding, Danny is wonderful to Max and their story is quite lovely to read. Everyone get this book!!
I was a bit up and down about this story. It was fairly well written, but kind of a little boring as it felt more like it was a story being told and not shown. I liked the characters, it had nice moments of conflict and it had a nice ending. It would have greatly enhanced the story if the author had explored the romance between the MC's.
Although it was supposed to be friends to lovers, it simply still read like they were friends that told people they were also lovers. While I don't think it is always necessary to write explicit love scenes (although those are always welcome), since the main focus of this story is the relationship than some physical interaction is to be expected. With some emotional and physical involvement this could be a really good book.
